Dunlavin & District Forum are researching Property Marking - a community led crime prevention program that been tested in a number of counties in Ireland and has been found to be very successful. It is based on marking items with your own eircode - a unique identifier - linking the item to the owner. The whole range of items can be marked examples include cattle trailers, construction tools, lawnmowers, bikes and laptops for college students - these are only a few ideas. If Dunlavin & District Forum are to invest in this we need to know if there is sufficient interest as purchasing the machine for our community means a significant investment. Show your interest and find out more by coming to our information meeting, tomorrow Tuesday, in Scoil Nioclais Naofa at 7.30pm

Shona Tipper will be looking after the Christmas Shoe Box Appeal this year in aid of Team Hope. For further information contact Shona on 087-6884879.
