Our Parents’ association will hold their AGM on Thursday October 17th at 8pm in Scoil Niocláis Naofa. We would encourage as many parents as possible to attend.
The BOM meet this Tuesday at 8.30pm
The annual Cumann na mBunscoil Cross Country event will take place in Valleymount on Tuesday October 15th. 4 boys and 4 girls have been chosen from each class to represent the school. Children that are going are asked to wear their school tracksuit and white polo shirt and runners. They can wear shorts under their tracksuit if they wish to run in shorts. Lunch should be brought in a separate bag. Each child is asked to bring €5 for the bus.
Patrick Hunt will visit our school on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 23/24/25 October to do nature/environment lessons with the children
We would ask all parents to refrain from parking in school car parks, or in the bus bay in the morning or evening. We would also ask you to remind children not to exit the school grounds through either car park for their own safety.

Naomi Scott from Cricket Ireland will visit the school over the next few weeks to take the children for cricket lessons
Reminder to parents of 6th class students to return application forms to St. Kevin’s Community College
The flu vaccine will be administered to anyone that returned a consent form tomorrow Monday 14th
Proofs of school photos from County Photos will be distributed to all families this week. You can then decide if you want to purchase the photos or not. Details of prices etc. will be included with the proofs.

One of our teachers, Rónan Byrne, currently working in Solas, is running the Dublin City Marathon to raise money for much needed communication devices for some children in our school. He has set up an I donate page where people can donate to the cause. Alternately donations can be dropped into the school office or parish center. Please see poster attached for QR code if required
