- The Christmas Shoebox Appeal is ongoing. Any filled shoeboxes can be left into the school office.
- We will begin a three week maths problem solving block this week.
- We appeal to parents to desist from parking in the bus bay each morning and also at school closing hours. It must be left free to allow bus access. We would also ask all parents and children not to enter the school grounds through either car park or park in staff car parks.
- Word from the North Pole tells us that Santa is due to visit Scoil Niocláis Naofa on Wednesday December 20th.
- The book fair will be with us from Thursday 16th November to Thursday 23rd Children will have an opportunity to see the books on Thursday and purchase some from Friday 24th on if they so wish. Parents are welcome to the fair in the mornings and evenings. The school will receive 60% of the value of books sold in the form of new books to restock our library and classrooms.
- Reminder that Parent Teacher meetings for Senior Infants to 6th class will take place on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th Meetings for Junior Infants will take place in February.
- Barnardos will have a workshop on cyber safety for children in 3rd to 6th class this Thursday Nov 9th. There will be a talk for parents in the school hall on Thursday also at 2.30. This will provide a valuable insight for parents into cyber safety for their children. There will also be an opportunity to have questions answered.
- Many thanks for your support for our no uniform day in aid of the Imaal Hall roof fund. Over €400 was raised.
