NEWSLETTER – Monday 24th June 2019

Many thanks to all the grandparents who attended the Grandparents Day in the school last week. It was a lovely occasion. Thanks to all who attended the launch of our Green Flag on Biodiversity.

Any parents wishing to purchase uniforms or tracksuits can do so at The Back to School Store, Cutlery Road, Newbridge.

Families wishing to buy school books can do so online at Blessington Book Store. Our school receives a rebate on books ordered.

Communion photographs are now available for collection upon payment from the office.

Any parents wishing to drop in tracksuits or uniforms that they no longer need, providing they are in good order, can do so this Thursday from 1.20pm in the staffroom. Parents can then swap or take uniforms or tracksuits that have been left in by others.

The holidays for the coming school year are available on our website www.snndunlavin.com.

Dunlavin Scouts hold an under 12 Disco in the Imaal Hall on Thursday next June 27th from 7pm-8.30pm. Admission is €5. All are welcome.

Junior and Senior Infants go on tour to Imaginosity this Wednesday June 26th. They will leave the school at 9am and return at 3pm.

1st and 2nd class go on tour to Bricks for Kids on Wednesday also, leaving the school at 9am and returning at 3.30pm.

3rd Class travel to Ferrycarrig on Thursday June 27th leaving the school at 9am and returning at 5pm.

We want to wish everyone associated with the school a very happy, healthy and safe summer holiday.

Our school will close at 12 noon this Friday June 28th for summer holidays and will re-open on Thursday August 29th. Solas will re-open on Friday August 30th.
